Cancellation Policy
At Touch of Eden Spa & Beyond, your time and experience are valued deeply. To ensure fairness and allow availability for other clients, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 30% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file or due before rescheduling.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
