Cancellation Policy
At Camilla’sHealingTouch your time and experience are valued deeply. To ensure fairness and allow availability for other clients, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations (within 3 hours of the appointment) and no-shows will be charged 70% of the service total.
